Before you enter a single number, here's exactly what we share, what we never share, and how your information gets put to work. No legalese, just the actual deal.
When you select Prepare for a Sale, Refinance Review, or any other objective at the top of the valuation, that's one of the most valuable pieces of information in real estate, and the most sensitive. A broker who knew which specific owner just signaled sale intent in their submarket would pay a lot for that lead. We will never give them that. Here's how we handle it instead:
Every input you provide makes a card like this one more accurate, for your own benchmarks, and for the next owner who walks in.
Public data covers building 11+ unit multifamily (RPIE) and recorded sales (ACRIS), but it doesn't cover insurance, water, repairs, or the live cap rates buyers are actually paying.
The card you see here is built from 47 owners' anonymized inputs over the last 90 days. Your numbers don't appear in it. The benchmark it produces does.
So you always know whether a number is directional or solid, and so do the lenders, brokers, and insurers we share aggregated data with.
